AmberMacs purpose is to be reliable, transparent and efficient, providing an excellent and personal service to our growers whilst meeting the needs of our customers around the world with excellent product in a timely manner.

AmberMacs provides an excellent, dependable processing service to our farmers and global customers alike. Our factory is at the cutting edge of processing technology and the factory is FSSC22000-certifed and FDA-registered.

We pride ourselves on being a family. We are accessible to our farmers and consistent, reliable and transparent in our service.

Our Staff

Our staff are everything; we support our team through learnership and uplift programs, weekly mobile medical facility visits, educational sponsorship programs and various social events. This has fostered an environment of trust, family and community in which we all look after each other and the ultimately beneficiaries of this positivity and continual improvement are our customers.

Our farmers can depend on us to process, pack and export their macadamia harvests reliably and transparently and their commitment to us is a testament to our consistent and excellent service.

Our online portal provides a state-of-the-art interface for our farming community to log in and view their deliveries, processing results and payment schedules in an easy-to-use, highly secure environment. What’s more, we are the first and only macadamia processing factory in South Africa to use macadamia shells to generate both heat and electricity, with a goal to be carbon negative by 2022.
